By accepting a quotation or engaging us to carry out work you accept these terms. ## Quotations Quotations are free and, unless expressly marked as an estimate, are fixed for the scope of work described. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Additional work outside the quoted scope will be agreed with you in writing before it is carried out. ## Payment Bathroom and larger installations are paid in stages, typically three to five stage payments depending on the size of the job, as confirmed in your quote. Balance is due on satisfactory completion. Smaller repair work is invoiced on completion. Klarna finance is available on eligible heating jobs, terms are set by the lender. ## Warranties Standard boiler installations carry the manufacturer's 7-year warranty; extended cover up to 10 years is available at additional cost. Warranties are subject to the boiler being serviced annually and to the manufacturer's terms. ## Access & site conditions You are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the property and for informing us of hidden pipework, asbestos or other known hazards. We reserve the right to pause work if unsafe conditions are discovered and to charge for reasonable additional works agreed with you. ## Cancellations You may cancel installation contracts within 14 days of acceptance under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. If you ask us to start work within that period and later cancel, we may charge for work carried out and materials ordered. ## Liability We carry £5 million public liability insurance and employers' liability cover. Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the work carried out under the relevant contract, save that nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law. ## Gas Safe & regulated work All gas work is carried out by Gas Safe registered engineers and notified in accordance with Building Regulations. Heat pump installations are carried out by our experienced heat pump team to manufacturer specification. ## Complaints If you are unhappy with any aspect of our work, contact us at admin@pinnacle-plumbing.co.uk or 01865 306381 and we will investigate and respond within 7 working days. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
