What it is Full plumbing, heating and gas package for new construction and extensions, from underground drainage co-ordination, hot and cold water design, heating system design and installation, gas supply, sanitaryware second fix, commissioning and handover paperwork. Who it's for Developers, main contractors, custom builders and self-builders working on new-build homes, extensions, loft conversions, garden rooms and multi-plot developments. We are based in Oxfordshire and travel nationwide for site work. When you need it Ideally at architect / MEP design stage. Bringing plumbing and heating design into the drawings early avoids the expensive changes that appear when first fix hits site and reality disagrees with the drawing. Why a qualified team matters New build plumbing has to hit programme dates, sign off to Building Regs Part G, Part L and Part P (where cross-discipline), and hand over a documented system to the buyer. Missed dates and non-compliant work destroy developer margin. What happens if it's left ## The cost of ignoring it. Yes, main contractor sub-package work, developer direct engagement, and self-build direct engagement, all covered. ### Can you price from architect drawings? Yes. Give us the drawings and specification and we'll produce a fixed-price tender against the package scope. ### Do you work to Part L / Part G / Building Regs? Yes, every element of the package is designed to comply and hand over with the paperwork Building Control requires. ### Are you MCS certified for heat pumps on new builds? No, we are not MCS registered. We do hold the relevant qualifications and paperwork to install, commission and sign off air source heat pumps on new build plots, which is what Building Control needs for Part L compliance. If a plot specifically requires MCS certification for grant funding, that route isn't available through us. ### Can you resource multi-plot developments? Yes, we scale our team across multi-plot programmes with the same programme discipline, on sites anywhere in the country. ### Do you handle underground drainage? We coordinate with the groundworker on drainage sequencing but the underground work itself is typically the groundworker's package. ### Do you handle unvented cylinder installs? Yes. Unvented cylinder installation, servicing and repair is standard work for our engineers, carried out in accordance with Building Regulations. ### Where do you cover?
