Pinnacle Plumbing & Heating Direct was founded in 2020 by Oliver Varndell-Dawes, an engineer with a decade of hands-on experience and a stubborn belief that homeowners deserve better than half-explanations and moving prices. In 2022 he was joined by co-director Johnny Ayris, and together they've grown the business into an ever-growing team operating out of Carterton. We work for homeowners with a dripping tap, landlords with a compliance deadline, letting agents managing dozens of properties, and developers on new-build sites. Whatever the job, one thing stays the same: we turn up when we say we will, we quote a fixed price before we start, and we don't leave until you're happy. We're based around Witney and Carterton and work across the surrounding counties, and we'll travel outside the area for larger projects.
